MARCI Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order by the president, Geoff Haines, N1GY

Present were:

Jerry Johnson, AE4XW, Secretary, Present

Bob Somerville, KD4EFT, Director, Present

Ed Skalecki, NI4MX, Director, Present

Jonelle Nabergall, KI4WSN, Director, Present

A quorum being present, the meeting continued.

The minutes from the previous meeting, having been distributed to the board electronically beforehand, were accepted as distributed.

The Treasurers Report:

AC4MK gave the treasures report and it was approved as read

Committee: Reports:

Slate of officers has been set; we are open to nominations from the floor. The slate of officers as of now is

Geoff has several awards to present but the members have not shown up, Geoff will try to find their address and send via mail.

Education:

Ed Skalecki AC4MK/NI4MX

The Technician License Prep Class is coming up this Saturday and the test will be held the following Saturday

We discussed preparation for the FL QSO Party to be held on Saturday and Sunday, April 25 and 26.

A motion was made and passed to use the club call sign K4GG.
