MINUTES Membership Business Meeting
May 05 2009

The meeting was called to order by Geoff Haynes, N1GY, President, at 7:00 PM

We gave the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

Introductions were held, those attending were counted and a quorum was established, we had 32 present.

The minutes from the previous meetings were accepted as published on the web site www.manatee-arc.org.

The treasurers report was given and approved by Frank Morton.

Anyone that is not a member of the ARRL please call Geoff for a form.
The slate officers was changed at the meeting as follows
Ed Skalecki, NI4MX, President
Jonelle Nabergall, KI4WSN, Vice President
Frank Morton, AC4MK, Treasurer
Roger Byron, KR4WS, Secretary
Bruce Theroux, KJ4IFH, Director
Jim Woodson, KE4INM, Director
Jerry Johnson, AE4XW, Director
Geoff called for nominations from the floor three times and we had no response
The Secretary Cast one vote for the slate as published
The new officers will be instated at the BOD meeting at Geoff’s house on May 19th.
Geoff ask to be appointed for the position of PIO, this was approved.
