MINUTES Membership Business Meeting
February 03 2009
The meeting was called to order by Geoff Haynes, N1GY, President, at 7:00 PM
We gave the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Introductions were held, those attending were counted and a quorum was established, we had 32 present.
The minutes from the previous meetings were accepted as published on the web site www.manatee-arc.org.
The treasurers report was given and approved by Frank Morton.
Bruce Theroux ask if anyone was interested in setting up a breakfast among the members to be held once a week, it was decided we would discuss it at the next board meeting.
Frank reported the next VE session would be held at the Red Cross Build on March 21.
A very informative presentation was given by Ed Skalecki on the Echo Link system.
